Policies


Returns


Due to health regulations and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns. Therefore, all sales are final. Defective items will be replaced with the exact same model only for 30 days after purchase with original packaging. There are no exchanges or returns of videos or DVD's, defective items will be replaced with the exact same title only. Any returns of defects must be approved in advance and must be unused items with complete packaging. Returns not approved in advance will not be given a refund. You must send us an email and get an approval email back from us before shipping your items. Please contact our customer service department for more information. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the shipping/handling fee.



Shipping & Handling


For shipping in the continental USA, the standard shipping fee for most items is $5.99 for the first item, then $2 each additional item. However, some larger items have a higher shipping charge. You will see the cost of shipping for the items when you add them to your cart. For 3 Day, 2nd day or Overnight shipping there is an additional charge which you can view and choose on the checkout page. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of items using standard shipping to the USA. Please note that choosing Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day shipping is the number of business days it will take in shipping after it has left our warehouse. The order processing time is not included in this. ie. If you choose Overnight shipping, it does not necessarily mean you will get your order the next day.

Orders are processed as they are received. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship. Orders with expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day) are given priority in the shipping preparation process. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and/or follow your preferences as indicated on your order. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. Also, we do not offer a Saturday delivery option through UPS or FedEx. Please note: orders totaling over $250 will require a signature for delivery.

Shipping to countries other than the USA will increase the shipping time and cost. The estimate for the shipping cost is shown on the cart page when you choose the shipping country. We charge a handling fee of $2.00 per order. If your order is returned to us because of an error on your part such as you typed your address incorrectly, or if your package was refused or was unable to be delivered, you will have to pay for the cost to re-ship your package. If you choose to get a refund instead, you will be given a refund minus the original shipping/handling fee and a 30% restocking fee. PLEASE make sure your address is correct so we can avoid any shipping errors. Also, when shipping to other countries, if the package has to go through customs, it is the responsibility of the customer if the package is confiscated and for any customs fees. The customer should be aware of the regulations/restrictions for their respective country.

 

International customers should note that choosing UPS shipping could result in an additional fee billed by UPS at the time of delivery. The person who the order is delivered to will have to pay the fee before delivery. This fee is different from the shipping cost and we do not collect this fee - it is UPS that charges this additional fee and it is beyond our control.



Payment


We accept several forms of payment. We accept PayPal for payment for your rabbit vibrators. Credit cards can be used through Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders by mail. If paying by personal check, we must allow 7-10 days after the check is received by us for the check to clear before we can ship your order. Cashier's checks and money orders allow for quicker shipment. If you choose to pay by check or money order just choose that option at check out and the payment instructions will be on your email receipt.



Privacy Statement


For each visitor to our Web page, our web server automatically records information regarding the IP address. We do not collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, we only use our customer's email address for communication regarding their order, unless they choose to subscribe to our email newsletter. We will not share our customer's information with anyone except for ordering/shipping purposes. We do collect aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our web page, or used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumers.

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.
